I am a young lady
In a red silk gown
Forbidden going out in the daylight
Night is when I'm free
I come out to eat
I prey on the living
After I have charmed them
I softly kiss their neck
And with one sharp bite
I drink them almost dry
Then return to my coffin
Closing my eyes I rest
For when night is here
On them I will feast
Their blood I do thirst
Keeping me on this earth
