Chapter 9 - Back to Ireland

 Emilys POV

I couldn't believe this. This couldn't have happened to him. This is why he smelled different. Why he wouldn't let me in. Why he doesn't call me. He was bitten. My best friend. How could this have happened. To him. Of all people. He was supposed to be protected from harm like I am protected. Oh no, what if he wasn't wearing his neckalace. I have to go. I have to go help him.

 Tears streaming down my face as I ran towards the Cullens. I felt the tears flying off my cheeks as I ran. I have to figure out a way to help him. I remembered the sound of his bones breaking. His screams. I shook my head clearing it of the sounds.

I walked through the door. Everyone's Eyes on me. I was already at Jake before anyone else could get to me. He wrapped his warm, huge arms around my tiny waist. " Thanks" I mumbled trying to get free. But his grip on me tightened. I huged him again and pulled away. This time he let me go. " No problem"he said. "' Why are you crying?" He asked me wiping away my tears. Leaving my eyes red and puffy. I turned to Edward who looked like he was going to Rip Jake apart.

" I have to leave" I said. " Where are you going?" Bella asked me. Alice behind her. " Parker got bit, I'm going to Ireland" I said running my finger through my hair letting my side bang fall perfectly.

" What you can't Just go" Jake said looking hurt. " He needs me" I said " Austin will be here in two hours" I said sitting on the couch.

" Where did you go?" Alice asked.

" Honestly, I have no Idea. I teleported to a cave with a waterfall inside" I said. they all looked at me with crazy looks on there faces.

" Ok Emily"

" No, I mean. I don't think any of you can get in anyways. I think it's for violets. The water. It's the reason I knew that Parker was bitten" I said.

" Can I talk to you outside?" Jake asked me. I nodded. I walked out blocking Edward from my thoughts. " Hold on" I said running my hand over his forehead. " What is there something on me?" he asked. " No, Just got edward out of your head thats all" I said simply " Thank god" He said. 

" So did you want to talk about?" I asked smelling the flowers.

" I don't want to lie to you anymore" He stated looking at me  " About What?" " You seriously can't read my mind?" he asked. I shook my head. " Only Yours Everyone else I can" I said confedently.

" Emily, I imprinted and I don't know what to do" he said.

I felt hurt, angry. Half of me hoped that he would imprint on me. I sighed. " You imprinted on bella, You know that Edward will kill you right?" I said sitting on a big rock.

" I didn't imprint on her" he stated. " Oh" YES HAHAHAHAH YES YES THANK GOD. Wait. That didn't mean it was me.

" Leah?, Oh my God did you imprint on Nessie. Because that can't happen. Seth will be so angry" I said.

" Seths going to imprint on Nessie?" Jake asked. I nodded. " No, I didn't imprint on them Emily" he said. 'Can we please get to the point' I thought.

" Then who?"

" Emily, I imprinted on you" He said looking up at me as If I was angry. " What? Does Edward know?' I asked him. " Yeah" He said. " Oh. Well it's a good sign that your alive" I said. 

" Your not mad?" he said. " Why would I be mad?" I asked. He shrugged.

" Look Jake,I'm still going to Ireland. I'll be back in two weeks ok?" I said walking closer to him.

" There's nothing I can do to stop you?" he asked. I shook my head. " Don't come. I don't want you to get hurt ok?" I said. " Emily-" I cut him off " Promise?" I asked. " Promise" his husky voice filled my ears.

" Hey Emily, Autumn got me your coat since ya know. You  changed your lock to your room" Austin said. 

" Getting Cozy I see?" he said with a smirk.

" Is Everyone there?" I asked Excited to see them all, But sad to leave Jake. He nodded. " And It's snowing" he said. " We gotta go before it gets worst" he added.

I said my good byes. " Renesmee? I think you should hang out with Seth. He likes to run, and he's almost as fast as you" I said looking up at bella. Who was smiling. Edward had a half smile. The other half was pissed.

Jake walked me outside. " Bye Emily, I'm going to miss you" Jake said in my ear. I turned around to him. I placed a single kiss on his cheek. He was so warm. " Call me Everday ok?" I asked him.

" Promise"
