I called Mark to my office the next day.
"Sssoooo.....what is this about?"
He asked.
"About a certain thing I cant believe you have done." He gulped and gave me a look of 'huh'.
"I know you Mark...your Steven's father."
"H-how..did you know?" He asked his brows furrowing.
"You cant just leave your responsibility behind."
"Georgette! Its something I am trying to forget!!" He yelled at me.
"Mark, I know that you cant accept that you are a father now.
But Steven is your son." Matt replied from nowhere.
"You sure cant leave Ivy. You know it too." Mark fell to his knees and cried after Emil spoke.
"Stop crying Mark. We need to get you together for the sake of your son." Lucas patted his back.
We drove him to Ivy's house and knocked the door.
Ivy had her eyes glued on Mark.
(BTW THEY LEFT HIM ON THE DOORWAY. LELZ EQUIPPED WITH A VID. CAM)
"Can he really do it?" I asked.
(MARK'S POV)
"Ivy can we talk?" I asked her.
"There is no way we can talk!" She yelled at me.
A baby boy hugged Ivy's leg.
"They were right. He had my eyes." I smiled at the boy and opened my arms while kneeling.
The boy ran to me and hugged me tight.
"Daddy?" Steven asked.
I nodded and Ivy smiled.
I carried Steven when Ivy ushered me in.
"Mark, what is it?"
"I finally decided. I will now be a father to Steven and a husband to you." I spoke and Ivy covered her mouth.
"Georgette talked to you?" She asked.
"She and her brothers gave me reasons to become a father. And I want to fulfill my responsibility to you two." I went to Ivy while carrying Steven and hugged them.
(BACK TO G)
We squealed and high-fived in the car.
"We did it!!" Emil yelled.
We drove home without Mark and we felt relieved.
I sighed at myself.
Maybe in the world
We love someone for so long
And always feel that we are destined to be together.
But I was wrong
Not everytime we end up with the one we loved.
There may be instances when its just a feeling.
Nobody knows except fate.
Just be patient and fate will bring you to him.
No need to rush.
Just patience.
Though loving means sacrificing
We have to suffer through pain.
Now I know why.....
Lucas stared at me and smiled.
"So you know why things are sometimes not meant to be?"
I nodded and looked at the sky.
It was now sunset and the moon will rise the sun will set.
I lay in bed that night smiling at my decision.
"Things might be better."
/MONTHS LATER\
I packed my bags and headed to the car.
"Hurry up Georgette!" Matt called.
"Alright, alright!" I yelled at him and sat on the back seat.
"You said goodbye to your friends?" Lucas asked.
"Yeah I did!" I said and folded my arms.
"We better be fast because our flight will leave in fifty minutes."
Emil said while looking at his watch.
We drove to the airport and got on the private plane.

I answered the phone call and it was Angel.
"Hey bestie!"
"Hey Angel! So giving me a goodbye?" I asked.
"Yeah, and your leaving us again but we still have plans for visiting you in Italy!" Angel squealed.
"Friendship Goals!!" Margie yelled in the background.
I laughed and bid them goodbye.
In return I got a 'safe flight'.
Travel was not tough but someone is there to greet me home.
