SEVENTEEN

"Oh how wonderful! Brice, come here darling. What a surprise is this!" Fergal's mom exclaimed when we step foot on the Bed and Breakfast we rented for my 2 days stay 

With a wide smile, I approached her and gave her a hug "Hello, Mrs. Devitt. It's been pretty long since I've seen you" I said then we broke the hug, her arms still holding mine

"Brice, for the love of God, stop calling me Mrs. Devitt. It still reminds how I married a man like him" she whispered with a giggle, which made me laugh about it.

Fergal's parents are very chill in life. Nice life and their kid is well mannered and has a stable job, talk about life goals right there.

After that, Fergal and his dad went beside us with Mr. Devitt's arms on top of Fergal's "I heard that"

"You're suppose to hear it anyways" she said and both of them suddenly smiled at each other. Fergal's dad and mom then went to each other and wrapped themselves on each other's arms.

While I was admiring the scene in front of us, Fergal's free hand wrapped themselves around me and pulled me to him. We watch as his parents may have forgotten about us. Fergal pulled me closer to him once more and kissed the top of my head "Someday" he mumbled, his voice getting muffled by my hair

I nodded in agreement and wrap one of my arms around his waist "Someday indeed"

"What do we have here?" his dad's voice suddenly interrupted us. Her mother then looked at us and when she saw the sight of his son and I, it was as if her ship came true, which really is like that. She was our fan since day one, no wonder she would be like this

I was about to let go of Fergal when he just pulled me closer "Dad, mom, I told you, I would come home with a surprise. Brice and I-" Fergal trailed off and looked at me, which just made me do the same, our eyes getting lost in each other "-we're very much happy being more than friends. And knowing the Two of you, especially you mom, I hope we won't have a problem on this one?" Fergal continued then look towards his parents

Instead of words, they just returned it with a smile and her mother quickly went to my side "I've been waiting for this since the both of you met each other! Finally time!" his mom said and kissed my head, dragging me away from Fergal and pulled me to her, wrapping her arms around me 

"I have a lot to tell you about Fergal!"

"I can't wait to here them, Mrs-"

"Mom. Call me mom, alright dear?" his mom said, stopping our tracks to clarify. I just nodded at her words and laughed at her quirky state 

"Yes, mom"

"Very well then"

It was  finally dinner and being with Fergal's parents was something I'll treasure the most.

They made me so comfortable and welcome, and Fergal in general made me feel very relax, very well taken care off

I was spoiled in everything, especially the foods that even mama Balor cooked herself. 

While we were chatting at the table, my phone suddenly rang, which made me excuse myself from the table. They nodded towards my direction and they went back to their conversation.

I step out to the garden and looked at the caller ID, can't believing myself when I saw Paige's name on the top. Without wasting a time, I finally answered "Hey, sweetie. I haven't heard from you for a long time, what's up?" I asked and I just heard her sobbing 

"Yeah, your sick son of a family is threatening to fire me!" she yelled, making me pull the phone away from my ear 

"WHAT?!" I shrieked and everything inside me started to go off. My nerves snapping and my blood boiling "WHAT THE HELL?!"

"That's why I have been missing for some time now, they want me out since I'm dating Alberto! Who the FUCK does that?! Well, your sick sadist of a family does!"

"I'll be there as soon as I can, I'll get to the bottom of this"

Just a filler chapter, the laptop's battery is dying and all that. I don't have a spare one at the moment

And since I still want Dana to keep waiting for her OC
