I enters Jamie's house and wated for him, but got board and decided to put on something every justice league member and YJ member hates 'G. Gordon Godfrey' "And what about the hero of Houston how do we not know that that Red beetle, is not an alien either she could be a psycho path in a robot costume" he said my name with such hatred. It was 2:23 in 5 minutes Jamie would be out and we can go investigating Tye's disappearance. "Yeah that dosent go as planned" I said "Sorry" he said removing the armor from his hand. I began to look at what he was waring. "Do you ever change or do you have the same pare of clothing" i asked slightly giggling. 'why the hell am i giggling'. "Yeah the pants are different but the shirt and sweater...no" he said "Aren't you hot" 'duh' "Kinda but the it keeps people from seeing the armor when it activates randomly" he said scratching the back of his neck. "Ok well let's head out" I said, we walked to Tye's house and see if he stayed. We nocked on the door and a middle-aged woman with bags under her eyes opened the door. I gess she's native American from how high her cheek bones are. "Jaime what are you doing here, come in" she said and motioned us in side looking around out side. "I'm sorry what's your name" she asked me softly with a kind expression. "Zoey" I ancwerd "Is Tye home Mrs.longshadow." Jamie asked "No I thought he was at school with you" she said moving some papers to sit on the couch "He's not, and he's not answering his phone either, he called me from the bus depot, told me he was running away to Houston" Jamie said sadly sitting on the armor rest as I stayed standing. "Yeah, bit i asked the clerk and she said no one bought a ticket at all last night no one boarded" I added "He threatens to do that, you know that Jamie" she said giving me a faint smile. "He and, my boyfriend maris had a nother one of there arguments, last night" she said nervously rubbing her arm "What kind of 'argument' " I asked As the door opened and a man in a black shirt and jean jacket walked in with his hair in a pony tail 'compress your laugh Zoey' my scarab said "Moris what are you doing here" she said. That's when I saw Jamie give him the most hated look I have ever seen, and that's coming from him he's so kind towards everyone. Moris stared at me and Jamie. "I forgot my lunch shelly, what are the kids doing here" he said in a harsh tone. "I'm looking for Tye" Jamie said in a harsh tone as we stood up walking towards him. "Your ditching, I'm a school employee I'll have to report you to the principals" he said grabbing my arm tightly as I let out a slight hiss. "NO" Jamie said, I figured the scarab said somthing do I had to cover it up. "Yeah, I don't go to school here" I said.
Jamie's P.O.V
We walked towards him "your ditching, in a school employee Ill have to report you to the principals" he said grabbing Zoey's arm in the process witch probably hurt cuz she let out a slight hiss. 'the zoey is in danger Jamie Reyes activating plasma Canon' "No" I told me scarab "Yeah, I don't go to school here" shs said snatching her armor back "And you" he said looking at me "Hi ahead I'm on a free period" 'this mories shows a threat to zoey' said khaji Ra' "Don't make faces at me kid, or ill-" mories said coming closer to me as I cut him off "Or what did you do somthing to Tye" zoey put her hand on my chest and the tingling felling came back to me. It kindove calmed me. "Um mories dosent do any thing to tye" said Mrs.longshadow "Didn't have to he ran away, tale between his legs" mories added
"Anyways they where just leaving" Mrs.longshadow said leading us to the door. "You should should check his grandfather's he goes there some times maby you'll find him there" she said in a rush for us to leave
"I hope your right" I said to her. me and Zoey began walking to his grandfather's home. "Wow he's a huge, Nightwing's real name" she mumbled. I didn't get what she ment but I let it slide. **** "Here is your water Mr.longshadow" I said handing him a glass. "Thank you Jamie" he said softly and began to look at zoey. "You know you are very beautiful, have you met my grandson tye yet." He said 'he's attempting to take zoey away from us' "No not yet I'm just helping Jamie lol for him" she replyed "So have you seen tye" I said
Zoeys P.O.V
"So have you seen Tye" Jamie said with a tone of jealousy. Mr.Longshadow gave him his hand indicating for him to wate what sipping his water. "No, you see i believe Tye is on a vision quest seeking his one self" he said 'she shows no signs of knowledge regarding this Tye's I gess Jamie's receiving the same lecture from his facial expressions. "Yeah, but we think Tye's mom's boy friend meries might have something -" he cut me off "Ahh meries is a distraction from Tye's vision quest he plays no role in it...or your for that matter" he said "Ours?" We said in unison "The Ancwers you seek you are looking for, when they'll find you and onily then will you make peace with the one inside your head" he said 'hes insane' khaji Ra said bluntly
From the corner of my eye I could see Jamie's armor on his hand, I coverd it by holding holding it and he was shocked by the sudden touch and tensed up then died down. "Well thank-you for your time uahhhh enjoy your...water." he said as we left still holding hands. **** (At his house) It was 6:30
We walked in his house and saw Milagro sitting on the couch. "So you are dating FINALLY" she said my and Jamie blushed "No we aren't" he said, as she looked at our hands and we quickly took them back "Well I have to go with noggin patrol" I said "Ok let me walk you to the tubes" We began walking and talked about each other a little before we found the tubes "Well it's in that ally" he said with a frown.
Jamie's P.O.V
She hugged me and I didn't hesitate to return it, then she whispered in my ear "stay safe" which sent shivers down my spine not that I was scard it was something else. Right after she kissed my cheek and went to the zeda-tubes and disappeared.
Nightwing's P.O.V
'recognized Red beetle B-0-9' the zeda-tubes went off. She walked to her room and came out with black leggings,shirt and shoes.

She then put on her actual armor (The scarab) but it didn't cover her face "You ready" I asked "Yeah" We zetaed to the blüdaheven ally way and began our patrol I ran on the roof tops whale she flew besides me.....
