As with the last, there are two different cipher types on this page.

The one on the left (combined cipher) says "Never trust a witch. She'll curse your ear and turn you into an immortal goat... So I hear." GOMPERS.
The other one (author's substitution) is a lot simpler. "Don't eat him!"
Now we've got some questions that have been raised. Namely.. Is Gompers the goat immortal? What do you think?
