Dear Death
Dear Death,
Where have you been,
I thought we were close.
You are my only friend.
Remeber you came in the bathroom with me?
I lied for you
Said I was only going to pee.
But instead I pulled out my razor so sharp,
Just for this
There was so much stuff I wasn't going to miss
The pain, the sorrow
Worrying about what they would do at school tomarrow
You said where we were headed I would feel no pain
That only sunshine and no rain
But when my mother came knocking, why was I taking so long
You started to leave, I said
You made her come
I was stupid, of course you did
So dumb
I cover my arm as I tell her to leave
She doesn't buy it, makes me role up my sleeve
It's all revealed, Now my razor is gone
Now,
None of my blood can be drawn
But I have my knife
Its just as good
it will do the trick
I bet it would.
Mother is coming I must hide this
Along with the new slits upon my wrists.
Your awaiting friend,
Me
