It was probably, by far, the happiest day of my life. Lauren planned a surprise birthday party for me.
Of,course i did not know that, i was in NYC. Dinah just told me about it, 3 hours before the end of my birthday. Luckily Asa let me rode his helicopter. We made it just in time, like 10mins before 12am. Well atleast, i did came.
At first i thought Lauren already forgot that it was my birthday, but the truth wss she planned the surprise party for ME. Like WTF. SHE DID THAT.
I REALLY LOVE HER.
She did exert a lot of effort, for me.
Lauren not only invited 5h girls, but also some of my close childhood friends. She must have really cared for me..or Still cared for me.
"Are you smiling?"
A voice called my attention. I almost forgot. I was walking with Asa. He needs to get back to NYC, he's taking a cab ride back to where the Helicopter landed.
I am really thankful that he helped me get back here in Miami on time.
"I am really happy... Asa, thank you for helping me. I owe you, like bigtime..."
I spoke, giving him a quick hug. We reached the outside part of the resto, jusy waiting for the cab to arrive.
"No problem. Consider it as my birthday present.."
Asa said, smiling at me.
"Are you sure youre not staying?"
I asked.
"Yes, i need to be back in NYC, and Jerry and Elsa needs an update,"
I left Jerry and Elsa in NYC, they will travel back to Miami later at 9am.
"Oh yeah. HAHA. Just update them..tell them that i ate the best banana cake in town.."
I giggled.
"So... Lauren," Asa spoke.
"It was her,"
"W-what?"
"You told me last night that you need to be back at Miami asap, because the love of your life is waiting for you. I thought it was a family member--."
"My friends, they are the love of my life..." I interrupted him.
What the hell is he saying.
"But as soon as you arrived, you rushed your way to find Lauren,,"
Asa said firmly.
"Because she organized the party!"
I replied immediately.
Asa smiled then shook his head.
"Her eyes were emerald green,"
"Y-yes?"
"She's Daniel?"
My eyes widened.
"Hey, what are you saying..."
"You said before that, there was a DANIEL in your life before, that you are secretly inlove with. Was it Lauren?"
"Asa.. what are you talking about...."
OMG. i hate him.
"Cmon. Now i get it, i kept on pushing myself to you. But you kept on showing me plain feelings, but when i saw you and Lauren entered the room, holding hands... its so cute, like your are both proud to have each other..." Asa replied.
"Asa,"
I looked at him. He's waiting for my answer.
"Will you quit the movie and expose me if i said YES?"
"Damn. i knew it!" He screeched. "CAMREN is real then?"
"No. She doesn't know it yet. I mean she forgot because of her amnesia, remember?"
I cant look straight at Asa, i basically revealed my self to him.
