Mya,

I looked around, today was my sixteenth birthday, the day I would shift. I tapped on one of my windows, tracing the rain dropplets wih my finger.

You might say I could be excited... I pulled back.

But really... Sighed.

I was scared shit-less...

Isn't there lots of pain and such? Ugh... I already hate this...

"Mya, come on down-stairs!" My dad called.

"Ok..." I muttered turning towards my door.

I stopped suddenly when I heard a rustling at my back window and went defencive.

"Hello?" I said quietly as I grabbed my knife I got for christmas, which had about five inches of blade.

I inched over, blade pointed back towards my arm when I heard a thump behind me, I swung my arm back, but they were ready.

I tried to cry out as they wrenched the knife from my hand but my attacker had a rag over and practicaly stuffed into, my mouth.

You think I might have been stronger seeing as how this was my first night of turning, but no, the only time, other than when they let their guard down, a werewolf is at its weakest, is the night they turn.

I bit down and kicked out as I started getting tunnel vision, No!

The rag fell out, "Help!" I screamed... Too late...
