Middle school can be so tough,
Friends can so mean,
Love can be so.. ugh.
It's not worth it, that's how it'll seem.
But you'll live without holding back,
You'll wish on some shooting stars,
Dream with everything you have,
You'll have a couple broken hearts.
Wondering where you're life is gonna go,
Doing endless homework, just trying to get by,
You'll find yourself a little low,
But you'll look back and laugh.
Every little mistake,
Live without regret.
They make you who you are today,
Let writing be your emotions' outlet.
