Alex-shy

Another perfect day of school, note the sarcasm. I went into my next class and sat down. I got my iPod out and listened to Pierce The Veil. I listened to the songs until the teacher came in which meant that class was going to start. I took off my earbuds and put them up along with my iPod.

"Ok class. Today I am going to partner two people up and both of you are going to decide on which part of history both of you want to write about." Mr.Walker said. The whole class groaned. "Here are your partners. Kyle with Natalie, Jerry with Logan, (Y/N) with Alex..." and so on and so on. Wait Alex? I looked around until someone spoke up.

"Umm... You looking for me?"

I looked up and saw the cutest guy I have ever laid eyes on

"You're Alex?" I asked. He nodded and sat down on the chair beside me. Wow he is so cute. How come I never noticed him before?

"So what do you want to write a report about?" I asked him.

"H-How about the Revolutionary War?" He asked quietly.

"Sure we can do that." I said. We both started researching on our report and coming up with stuff. We barely talked, mostly because Alex is very shy. The bell rung wich meant school was over.

"Do you want to finish report at my house?"

"Sure. If you don't mind that is?" He said rushing through the last part,he blushed.

"I don't mind at all. Wait for me over where the doors are at. I need to go get some stuff out of my locker." I said,he nodded and left. I went to my lockers and got out all the stuff I needed to take home. I walked at the main entrance and saw Alex standing beside the doors.

"Ready to go?"

He nodded and followed me to my house. When we got to my house we both headed to my room to finish our report.

*1 month later*

Me and Alex had started hanging out more. I started to get to know him more and found out he liked the same stuff I did. He liked lots of the bands I like and more. As the month passed we both became very close friends and I started developing a crush on him,but he might never feel the same for me.Now was the last week of school and a dance was coming up on Friday. Me and Alex were sitting on my bed talking until I brought up the school dance.

"Alex, are you going to the dance with anybody?"

"Well,I wanna ask the girl I like for a very long time to the dance." He said. I faked a smile and ignored the sinking feeling.

"Who is she. I bet she'll be the luckiest girl to go with you."

"Well she is sitting right here beside me and I'm talking to her right now." He said. Before I could respond he crashed his lips to mine. I was shocked at first but kissed him back. We kissed for what felt like eternity,but might as well been 5 minutes. We both pulled back for air.

"I'm the girl you like and want to go to the dance with?"

"Yes. Look (Y/N) I liked you for a very long time,but I didn't know how to tell you. So I might as well tell you right now. (Y/N) I love you." He said,I smiled.

"I love you to,Alex."

"So does that mean you will be my girl and go to the dance with me?" He asked. I smiled and nodded. We both pulled into another passionate kiss and made it the best one.
