I ran straight towards my locker, ignoring the stares that I recieved in the process.

"Hey, Kay," I heard a familiar voice speak my name. It had a pungent smell of vanilia softener. Theo.

I turned to face him. In his left hand he was holding Inferno, the newest book that Dan Brown wrote. His eyebrows knitted together in concerntration. In the midst of the drama in the book, he noticed that I was looking at him. My eyes glimmered in delight.

"Theo!! Why didn't you tell me that you got that book?" I shrieked at his face. I threw my hands in the air in shock.

He mopped my spit that flew to his face away. " Umm.. Kay, look around." He answered nevously.

I turned to my right. The principal had a bright red palm mark across his face.

" Mikaela Allens! Meet me in the office, now!" He bellowed in the hallway. I sensed faces turning to face me . I heard snickers passing through the hallway. My cheeks, allergic to awkwardness and embarassment, radiated a peach tint on my face. Again.

Oh God, this was going to be a long day.
