This has been so much fun to write! And by fun I mean I became emotionally attached to each of these characters as an aspect of myself. Writing them through their (general) sophomore year, and then post-high school lives was incredibly complex in terms of the intense emotions I was feeling the whole time.
I can't believe it's all over, but here I am, and here I have finished my first novel. I have loved every second of this.
Typically dedications are placed in the beginning of books, but at the start, I wasn't even sure I would make it this far...but now I would like to dedicate this book to my dear friend Brenton Delos.
Through it all, this has been an adventure. I would like to take this afterword to say goodbye to this realm of story, to these characters, to the development of it all.
So goodbye.
