Normally I don't share why I write my stories, because they usually just come from an idea in a dream I had or even just something random that pops into my head and I think well lets see what is going to come of this. Falling For Charlie was a bit different however. Yes, It started with a dream I had of what would become Charlie in my story wanting to leave home and find a new beginning but then as I woke up I had a specific image and thought from a true story that was turned into a movie called "Boys Don't Cry."  the movie about a transgender person named Brandon Teena, that movie had long affected me for years but I never knew quite how to express it fully so I never tried to write my feelings out for it before. For those of you whom have not watched it or know the true story of what happened I will try my best not to ruin it for you. Now my Charlie is not transgender but I took a part in the movie that profoundly affected me where I felt the point wasn't about really just about being transgender but about being scared to just admit who you are for fear you will be hurt or left alone, all alone. No one wants to be alone even if they are a loner, or quiet, or different, no matter what they may say or even think. I believe the fear of that causes a lot of heartbreak and troubles. How much more peaceful would this world be if we all could just find a way to love each other? That is what I wanted to show in my story, love is not gay, straight, bisexual, or any other label you want to call it, to me love is just kindness, compassion, and acceptance by the one person you were made for,  living life together, label free. Love and Peace to all, if you read my story whether you like it or not, whether you think its wrong, right, or awful, let me all take this moment to thank you for your time, I greatly appreciated it ♥
