His New Toy
“Wow you seem happy” my sister smirked at me as she opened the door for me
“Is it wrong to seem happy?” I asked smiling, I hadn’t seem to control it since I woke up in Chris’ arms this morning
“So it’s alright to assume you had fun at Chris’” my smile faltered and shot towards the kitchen where my parents would be
“Don’t worry” Maddie patted my back playfully “They’re not in”
“Where are they?”
“They went out for breakfast”
“You didn’t go with them?”
“Nah, I wanted to see your face”
This is why I loved my sister, always looking out for me; I bent down and kissed her cheek. I dropped my stuff by the staircase and headed towards my room upstairs, with Maddie hot on my heels
“So any hot juicy details?” I turned around to find her waggling her eyebrows suggestively
I chuckled “You’re turning into a creep and no juicy details we just hung out” I could feel the blush creeping on my face as I thought about last night
“Aww you’re blushing” she squealed “Tell me!”
I shrugged as I walk towards my door, I opened it leaving it open for Maddie, she skipped in and sat on the small couch
“It was nothing really…just kissed and stuff”
“Wow” she stated “only that and you’re blushing” grinning at me “I guess I was wrong then” she murmured, it seems like she was talking to herself
“Wrong?” I stared at her as she looked towards the window “Maddie?”
“Huh?” she snapped out of her trance and smiled at me
“Wrong about what?”
“Oh, I thought you liked Erick” she shrugged and skipped out of my room like nothing happened, I jumped off my bed and followed her
“Now er why would you think that?” I kept my face casual, trying to hide the burning curiosity under the surface
“I guess it was the way you guys looked at each other, when the other one wasn’t looking”
I stared at her in shock “I don’t know what you’re talking about! I don’t recall staring at Erick in the way you’re talking about! And Erick he’s the man-whore of the school!”
“Ok ok calm down, I already said I guess I was wrong” she eyed me suspiciously before walking into her room
