Rain pelted its way onto the window as the little boy played with his train set on the livingroom floor. He had been wishing all day that the sun would show it's face so he could go play outside with his mommy. His mommy said that they would go to the park and play on the playground but that they couldn't now that the rain started to fall. He sighed while pushing his blue train around the track. His mother watched how sad he had gotten after finding out they could not go to the park, so she had decided that she would give him a surprise. She smiled and walked towards the kitchen where she had taken the house phone and dialled a number. The phone rang twice before the person answered it.

"Gabrielli residence Stanley speaking, how may I help you?"

Camden smiled, she didn't know how long it has been since she had spoken to the man that she considered a friend all those years ago.

"Hello Stanley, it's Camden Beverly, I am calling to see if Nikolai had returned? You see, there is a little boy here that is sad that the sun has not shown his face. He wanted to go to the park to play."

Stanley laughed.

"Oh that is just sad. I will see if the Master is home. Please hold darling."

So she was put on hold. Her little boy walked into the kitchen and looked up at his mother.

"Mommy who you calling?"

She smiled.

"It is a surprise, do you want anything to eat? I can make you a sandwich or I can make mac and cheese for you."

He smiled and nodded.

"Macy cheese pwease, da one wif twain shapes."

She nods and kisses his little forehead.

"Coming right up, go wait for me in the living room, play with Thomas the Engine."

He giggled and ran back into the living room. Stanley came back to the phone.

"Camden, he is just getting out of the shower, just hold on for a few minutes okay?"

She nods and doesn't have to wait even a second before Nikolai answered the phone.

"Stanley, you didn't tell me it was Camden. Hello?" She blushed. "Hello Nikolai, how are you? Am I bothering you?"

He shook his head. Only she could think that she was a bother to him. In reality he had been expecting her call, he had been stuck at home all day. Bored out of his misery, he was just wishing he could go see his son but he didn't have the guts to actually pick up the phone to call her to see if he could see them both.

"Oh no you are never a bother, is there something wrong? Did something happen to Mickey?"

She shook her head and sighed.

"No it is just that I have a sad little boy here. He is sad that his friend Mr. Sun has not shown his face today. So I called to see if you wanted to cheer him up a little bit. I am about to start cooking some Mac and Cheese. Would you like to join us in a late lunch? Unless you are busy then you don't have to." Nikolai chuckled. "I would love to. I can bring something if you want. What is his favorite dessert? Or I can bring some fruit, whatever you prefer."

Camden smiled.

"How about both? His favorite dessert is brownies and his favorite fruits are strawberries."

Camden was hoping he would agree, she did want to see him but she also wanted her little boy to be happy, so she called Nikolai. She decided the night before that she would at least try to have Nikolai in both hers and her son's life, he is her son's father so either way he would have to be in their life. She didn't want to get hurt again, she didn't want her son to go through what she had gone through with Nikolai. She wants him to be happy and if being happy includes Nikolai, then she will have to suck it up and live through it.

"Sure, I will be over in twenty minutes. Does Mickey know I am coming over?"

Nikolai was overjoyed when Camden had invited him over to her place for lunch. He did not expect for that to happen. He just thought that she had called to tell him that something was wrong with their son and that Nikolai had to rush over. He really wanted to be in his son's life, the same goes for Camden. He missed her dearly, he just wishes he could go back in time to when they were happy. He wishes that he did not listen to what his mother had said. He couldn't help it, he had been really close with his mother while he was growing up. After hanging up with Camden he decided to get dressed since he had just gotten out of the shower when he grabbed the phone from Stanley. He got dressed and grabbed his keys. He had asked Stanley to obtain the food so he could take it to Camden and their son Michelangelo. He had grabbed the package where Stanley had left it and grabbed his car keys.

"Stanley? If my mother stops by, tell her I went out and you do not know when I will be back."

Stanley nodded and went on with his business while Nikolai started his car and drove off to the address that Camden had messaged him. He had to admit that he had been a little nervous seeing as he will be alone at Camden's apartment with their two year old son who he has seen has a sort of mischief persona. Michelangelo giggled to himself when he heard his mother talking on the phone. She has a surprise for him, he just doesn't know what it is. He really hopes it is a small puppy that he could play with. He really wanted a puppy but then he didn't because then he would have to clean his dirty diaper since mommy cleans his, he would have to clean the puppy since the puppy would be his baby. But then she told the person on the phone that Michelangelo likes brownies and strawberries, maybe the surprise is brownies and strawberries? No that can't be it. Think Mickey think, he thought, what is it that mommy is going to surprise me with? He huffed before he sat down on the floor looking at his little train set. Guess he would have to wait and see when the surprise gets here, he thought to himself. Camden called her son from the kitchen so he could eat. He came running in and jumped up and down.

"Yay Macy Cheese!!"

Camden smiled and poured some into his little bowl and then sat it on the table. She then picked him up to put him in his high chair when the doorbell rang.

"Who is at the door? Is it a surprise?"

Michelangelo giggled and clapped his hands.

"I don't know mommy, who is it?"

Michelangelo called once they had gotten to the door. Nikolai chuckled and spoke up,

"It's me Piccolo, I came to have lunch with you and mommy. Let me in please."
