Chapter 9: Truth or Durr

Riley McCallaway's POV

I woke up on my bunk. Today we're going back to Florida for the Red Hot Boom show its not part of the Paradise Tour so no Cody for today. Everyone was still asleep except for me and Toby..

"why you up early?" I asked

"I just called Zandria, Timezone sucks I have to wake up early just to talk to my girlfriend" He said

"speaking of girlfriend, do you remember our starbucks bet?" I asked

"uhh.. what starbucks bet?" He pretend to not know

"you're suppose to treat me starbucks for 2months dummy! and its been a month and you haven't bought me at least one starbucks, nows the time" I said

"uggh I thought you've forgotten!" He said

"no way sistah" I said

Me and Toby went to starbucks and he bought hot coffee and cookies

"yey thanks!" I said

"yeah well thank you too" He said

"so how's you and Zandria?" I asked

"We're good, sometimes its just hard to cope with the different timezones but we're getting along besides we will see each other again when the paradise tour stops in LA, I miss her so much.." He said

"aww Toby, thats okay.. I'm really happy that you and my best friend are getting along, looks like I'm not going to kick somebody's ass sooner or later" I joked

He smiled..

"so how's you and Cody?" He asked

"wait.. how do you know about that?" I asked

"dude we're also on tour and we watched him serenade you last night during the show" He said

oh yeah how stupid of me..

"besides Riley's crying kept me up until 2am pffsshh" He said and widened his eyes as if he were'nt suppose to say that

"WAIT WHAT DID YOU SAY" I asked shocked

"I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING" He said

"NO YOU DID YOU SAID RILEY CRYING" I said

"alright fine, yes I did but you didn't hear it from me ok?" He said

"ok but why is he crying?" I asked

"you seriously don't know?" He asked as if its the most obvious thing in the world

"I'm clueless ok" I said

"He likes you.. wait scratch that no He LOVES YOU" He said

"you gotta be kidding me, he's dating my cousin!" I said

"yes well first he kinda liked Alyssa because she's hot but her personality sucks then Alyssa claimed that they're official but he didn't wanna let her down because Alyssa will be mad and you'll be mad so he just went along with it and him watching you and Cody dating everyday hurts him I can see it in his actions he never loved someone as much as he loves you for all I know I think he loves you more than he loves me and watching Cody serenade you and asking you to be his girlfriend by the time you said 'yes' I saw a tear fell from his eyes and he walked out of the venue. He couldn't stop crying until 2am. WHY CAN'T YOU SEE THAT!?" Toby said and breathe heavily because of the long speech he said

"I'm sorry.. Toby, can I tell you something?" I asked

"of course" He responded

"I really liked Riley but I was afraid that he wouldn't like me back so when he asked me during prom if I liked him I said 'no' because I was scared but I really did like him and then I saw him dating my cousin I was jealous so I thought that I really had no chance and then Cody came and he was so sweet and so perfect but he's too perfect for me, last night I was forced to say 'yes' because I didn't wanna let him down but I'm really wasn't ready but please don't tell anyone that I told you this because thing might go worse please Toby" I pleaded
