Chapter 5

(AN: alrighty guys this is a very intense chapter for Abilene. She finally tells her uncle why she left home 2 years ago. Her cousins meet her mate and her Uncle Derek makes a deal with them. She has to be home by the next full moon (which is in exactly 2 weeks and coincidentally Halloween) Hopefully she and Lee can get along long enough to get to know each other)

Chapter 5

 Noah Mossy's POV

I haven't seen anyone move that fast in a long time. Before Abi could hit the floor Lee was right there

grabbing her.

"Nice save!" that came from the most unlikely of our motley group, Wade. Who was still sitting on

Derek's lap. Most kids his age would be crying by now, for everything that he has seen in his short

life nothing has surprised him, its like he already knows what is going to happen.  Lee picked

Abilene up and was carrying her to the other couch, Kale and Wyatt were discussing something that

mad them both laugh.

"whats so funny?" Derek asked sliding Wade off his lap to sit by his mother.

Kale's eyebrow shot up "remember Ryan's right hook?" Derek Nodded.

Ryan's right hook was legendary, its knocked out countless opponents. When Ryan was

younger ,before his Alpha days, he was a boxer in the Lowe county circuit. He was undefeated five

years running. apparently that's where he met Joellyn, after a quick romance he decided it was time

to come home. He didn't know she was pregnant so ten months after he came home Joellyn

showed up with the twins.

"Abilene inherited that from her dad." Kale said laughing.

Atta, girl! I thought. Much to my surprise Derek smirked.

"That doesn't surprise me, boy." he added, Lee was listening to everything Derek was saying. He

needed to do his homework is he was going to be prepared. " We raised both girls to know how to

fight and defend themselves. Sadly only Abi actually listened. Hell to this day Ellie screams at the

sight of a bug, Those two girls couldn't be more different."

"Who's Ellie?" Lee asked

"Abi's twin sister. Not that you'll be seeing her too often, they cannot get along if their life depended on it. which coincidentally it does at the moment."

that made me look up from the floor. what was going on that I didn't know?

"What?" I asked my uncle.

"Abi" Derek motioned between the passed out Abi and Lee "and Lee have to be mated by the time

of the next full moon Or Reilly and Ellie will be the new Alpha and Luna. Ryan is going out of his

mind. you know and I know Abilene was the apple of  his eye. It's taking all I have right now not to

call him and tell him where she is right now." his eyes were shadowed with grief, he hated not
