"Whoa." Marnie muttered softly.

"What?" I wondered curiously, taking the last few steps down the stairs of my house.

"You look hot." She grinned.

I frowned and then looked down at my outfit- it seemed pretty simple to me. It was a tight sequin skirt with a poofy white top and black stilettoes with a silver strip around the open toe. Granted, the skirt was rather short... like, really short, but that was the only thing 'wow' about it.

"She's right." Todd said with a shameless nod and a smirk. I think he has a small crush on me or something because he's been acting kinda weird lately. "You look hot."

I rolled my eyes at them. "This is how you're supposed to dress when you're going to a party, isn't it?"

Marnie and Nikki nodded before Nikki responded. "Yeah, but we just didn't think that you'd go so... all out."

I shrugged. "Well, I did. So, surprise."

"Getting all dolled up for your Caleb, are we?" Marnie grinned.

I glared at her. "He's not 'my' Caleb and no, I figured I'd look rather stupid if I wore jeans to this idiotic party."

"Oh, just admit that you want to show off your dancer legs." Nikki laughed.

I shrugged again. "They are pretty great." I gloated teasingly. "Now, can we go?"

I was in the living room with Owen, John, Levi, Todd, Nikki, and Marnie and it was Saturday night. My dad was still out with his friends, which was good because I'm positive that he wouldn't approve of my outfit one bit, and Owen is staying sober tonight because everyone was oh so positive that they'd get me drunk, which won't ever happen.

Marnie was wearing a tight bandage dress with criss crossing straps of black and silver and this weird purple color with gray bootie heels. Nikki had on a tight light pink dress that was equally as short as both mine and Marnie's dresses and there were these mirror mosaic things on her chest which looked pretty cute and she had on really cute skin colored bootie stilettoes.

All of the guys had on tight-ish t-shirts and a nice pair of jeans. I found it rather ridiculous that we had to dress up and murder our feet in high heels when all the guys do is put on a regular outfit and then go. Granted, I'm sure they all put on an extra amount of cologne because the living room stinks of Axe.

"Okay yeah, let's go now." Owen agreed with a nod before we all began filing out of the living room and into the car. Yes, we were only taking one car, and that was mine and Owen's, since Owen was driving. There were seven of us, and it actually kind of worked. Owen was driving, obviously, and John sat in the passenger side. I sat on Todd's lap on the left side of the backseat, Marnie sat in the middle and Nikki sat on Levi's lap on the right side.

Speaking of Nikki and Levi, they've been sending each other flirty smiles and winky eyes all week, since Tuesday when Todd oh so bluntly informed them of their mutual crush. However, they aren't actually a thing yet, which is incredibly tragic.

Todd was being Todd the whole way to Caleb's house with his hands unnecessarily on my hips. When I told him to remove them, he insisted that he was only holding onto me in case we hit a bump and I fell over. I didn't fight him too much on it though, because I did spend a great deal of time fixing my hair and doing my makeup, so I really didn't want to mess any of it up and especially not on the way over to the party.

When we finally got to the party, Owen parked on the curb along with a lot of other cars and we started making our way down the sidewalk to the house since we had to park a few houses away, the street was pretty crowded with cars due to the party. There were about thirty to forty people there, but since Caleb's house is pretty big, it didn't look very busy at all. Mostly because half of the people were out back smoking weed and playing some kind of weird drinking game. There were another ten or so people in the dining room playing strip poker and then a crowd in the living room dancing to some really loud music and then a few people in the kitchen where the alcohol was. Well, not to mention the few couples huddled in some of the corners ready to do the dirty right there in front of everyone.
