Louis's point of view

"I know you've never loved the sound of your voice on tape

You never want to know how much you weigh, you still have to squeeze into your jeans

But you're perfect to me" As soon as Harry was finished he went to start his duet part he done with Niall but was stopped by a big bang which made us all turn around only to see Niall on the floor, making us run straight to him

"Haz go call an ambulance and Lou go and get Mark" Liam ordered Harry and I as we nodded before I went running backstage to where Mark was sat

"Mark, Niall's passed out on stage" I wheezed out as Mark stood up and cursed before running back on stage with me following, only to see the paramedics placing Niall on a stretcher

"What hospital are you taking him to" Mark asked

"The general hospital" One of the paramedics told us before rushing off with all of us behind them

"Boys get in, Paddy can you tell everyone that we will give them tickets to a show when we know what's wrong with Niall and then can you come down to the hospital" Mark asked as paddy nodded before disappearing.

Skip to when there in the hospital

It had been an hour since Niall was brought in and we still hadn't heard anything

"Do you think he's okay" Harry asked

"No news is good news" Liam responded just as the door opened ,revealing the doctor

"Are you here for Niall" The Doctor asked

"Yes, how is he" Liam spoke

"Well Niall has a concoction and also he has type two diabetes" The doctor told us

"Can we see him" Liam asked

"Yes you may" With that the Doctor lead us to Niall's room where he laid, tears streaming down his cheeks

"We're here for you Niall" I spoke as we all hugged him

"I want Zaynie, Lou" Niall cried
