As soon as the lads arrived hospital, they ran straight to the desk.

"Where is Niall Horan" Liam asked

"He's being examined at the moment but i'll let the doctor know" The receptionist told them as they nodded walking to the waiting room

"How did this happen I wonder" Louis asked the others

"It's because he heard what you guys said about his weight and everything" Paul told them as he came and sat with them

"What do you mean" Liam asked

"He was walking pass the room when he heard you guys talking bad about him so he ran out the studio" Paul told them

"I think he heard us reading his mentions because that what we was doing" Zayn told the others but before they could answer the doctor came out

"Niall Horan" The Doctor shouted causing the boys to stand up

"Right Niall is awake but in a lot of pain, he has a broken hip, leg and arm, cuts and also a concussion so we're going to keep him here for tonight" The Doctor explained

"Can we please see him" Harry asked

"Of course this way plz" The Doctor lead them into his room which all the lads ran to Niall's side

"I'm sorry" Niall whispered

"You haven't done nothing wrong" Zayn told him before adding

"We were checking your mentions on Twitter and reading some your tweets that's all we didn't know you was walking pass and to be honest Niall none of it is true, you are the most beautiful, carefree, bubbly person ever who is perfect" by now Niall was crying his eyes out with a arm in the air wanting a hug which the boys happily did until Niall hissed in pain

"Did we heart you Ni" Louis asked

"No guys just my ribs hurt" Niall tiredly told them

"Go to sleep Niall we will be here when you wake up" Liam told Niall as he stroked Niall's hair while Niall closed his eyes, falling asleep

Niall was let out the next morning but couldn't do anything for 6 weeks so the lads helped him a lot and soon he was starting to come back to himself
