Carter's POV

Delilah is going on a date with Ashton tonight, I really hope he's not a douche to her.

"Carter I'm leaving!" She yells

"Okay have fun!"

I hear the front door open and shut.

What am I going to do tonight? The one night my sister is out there are no parties.

I call Heather to come over, within thirty minutes she walks into my room.

"I brought a bunch of movies and junk food, I don't really feel like drinking" Heather seems a bit sad.

"Hey, are you okay?" I ask

"I think I like Ashton's friend Brian. It's been bothering me for awhile and I know you hate Ashton and his friends but I can't really help it" she looks around the room

"Heather, you can like whoever you want, I'm not going to be mad at you. I can't tell you who to like and who not to like. It's your feelings, not mine" I yawn, wrapping my blanket around me.

"Really?" She asks

"Yeah go for it" I smile

She hugs me.

"Okay can we watch the movies and eat now?" I ask

- Morning -

I wake up and remove Heather's foot from on top of my stomach. I walk into the kitchen where I see my sister. I totally forgot she was on a date last night, I didn't even hear her come home.

"How was the date?" I yawn

I see her face kind of sadden.

Whatever the fuck he did to her I'll get him back.

"What happened? Why do you look sad?" I ask

"I don't want you to be mad because I know that you tried hard to convince him to go out with me." She trails off

"What did he do?" I ask getting angry

"Oh no! He was lovely, but it was me. I realized that I've been waiting so long for that to happen, yet, as it finally happened, there was nothing to dream about. I think I'm over him now"

Well damn, that was fast.

"Okay well I'm going to go wake Heather up" I walk back into the living room

"Heather, wake up!" I shake her

"No" she mumbles

"Yes" I pull her up

Heather leaves sometime in the afternoon. I decide to return Ashton's envelope. I go to my sister's closet and borrow a black trench coat and get my sunglasses

"Delilah I'll be back! I'm just going to return something" I get the tan envelope and leave the house

I jog to Ashton's house. Just kidding. I don't run, or jog. It's not in my vocabulary.

When I get to Ashton's house, I knock on his door.
As the door opens, a shirtless Ashton yawns. Before he says anything, I take out the tan envelope, aand my lighter. I light the envelope on fire until it turns into ashes.

"You kept your promise, so I keep mine." I put the lighter in my pocket and put on my sunglasses to give effect

I turn around and walk away.

I'm so going to get in trouble for burning a school file. I just had to though, for the effects.
