A few days of being away with him and a few time to think of myself, I realized that nothing won't be accomplished if i'll just run away. I should talk to him. Maybe after our vacation, I'll talk to him.

While I was lying on my bed, thinking how to sort out some things, a loud knocked disturbed my busy senses.

"Come in." Lahat sila pumapasok ng maaga at umuuwi din right after dinner.

"Ate!" From there, I saw Wade and Wyeth running towards my bed with that happy smiles on their faces.

How come they're here already? Ang sabi nila daddy next week pa daw sila pupunta dito.

"Ate! How are you na po?

He was so persistent on asking why I was crying. But his response that time surprised me.

"Shino nam-away chayo ate? I'll ask our titos to sha—what was it again? Shaphak?"

How's your flight on your way here?" I asked Wyeth who was just quietly sitting beside me.

"Smooth." Kakaiba ang pagiging tahimik ni Wyeth that's why it got me worried. "Is there something wrong Wyeth?"

"Ate, are we in some kind of a danger?" Nabigla ako sa tanong niya. "Before we left the Philippines, biglang dumami ang securities natin sa bahay. The last time we had this kind of number of security was when mommy was lost for three months. Ate, may mangyayari na naman bang masama?"

There is indeed a danger but I don't know how to explain it to a kid without making him worry about it.

It was true that the last time we had tons of guards was when Mommy was shot in the mansion. I can't blame dad for tripling the security of the family when that happened. When those things happened, Wyeth was still a toddler and he can only barely remember things like mom was gone for months.

"Walang mangyayaring masama, okey Wyeth?
