I haven't slept yet, but I sent Sam to bed nearly three and a half hours ago.
I had been hoping that he would turn up randomly like he used to, appear at my window and tap our secret knock to be let in. Not that it was secretive as such, it was just the Super Mario Bros theme tune, chosen by him.
Maybe he will appear later in the day so that he could surprise me.
Sammy had gotten me a necklace, he said it was a symbol of protection. He wrapped it up in an old comic strip that neither of us really liked but I appreciated it even more.
But I've just turned 18 and one of the most important people to me isn't with me.
I just wish Castiel was here with me.
