Hands Clap

By Dillon Collins

Hands clap when the band takes the stage,

hands clap at the marvels of this age,

hands clap at what we have become,

hands clap when they see what we have done.

All we see is the words hit the page,

all we see is the needle top the gauge,

all we see is the trophies we have won,

all we see is the dreams that we have hung.

We only care when something will be fun,

we only care when somethings allmost done,

we only care when we're falling from the sky,

we only care when we're about to die.

Few notice when God makes it rain,

few notice when He saves us from pain,

few notice when God moves the sun,

But He notices all that we have done.
