There’s a girl in this world that’s popular
The girl who stands out-the girl who’s spectacular
The girl who gets the limelight
The girl who gets everything without a fight
The girl who gets straight As
The girl who’s strong and charming in her own ways
The girl who doesn’t have to makeup stories
To get people to think of her highly
She’s the girl I’ll never be
There’s a girl in this world I’ll never be…
The one that nearly always wins
The girl that people think is an angel
The girl who is thought of as free of sins
The girl who has no problem getting dates
The girl with all the good fate
The girl that people do not hate
There’s a girl in this world-the girl I’ll never be
And then again
There is also a girl who got a plastic surgery
Because you and I called her ugly
The girl who got sick of everything
The girl who committed suicide
The girl who was afraid to fall so she never tried
To spread her wings and fly
The girl who sat in the corner and cried cried and cried
The girl who had no help and no support
The girl who never had a hand to hold
The girl who died because of a boy
Who always treated her like a toy
People that is the real gril I will never be
I know no matter how invisible I might be
The worlds a big place and people know me
I have friend sand I have a family
I am the girl people call their friend
The girl who’ll try to help till the end
Okay so yes I’ve fallen for traps
By “friends” who were really tramps
But I’m the girl who had the strength to get up again
Alright I have been the girl who thought of and nearly tried suicide
The girl who let her heart cry while her face smiled
But all I know is that:
I’ll never be the girl who nobody cared for
The girl who was a good for nothing loser
The girl who was called only a sinner
And I know that when I die
There will be people that will cry
The ones that will miss me
The ones that will want my company
So hey…
I might not be miss perfect, popular and the most pretty
But I don’t really care
I have people that will always be there
I have people who will always care
