December is her let’s sit by the crackling fire
And talk and laugh till we tire
Let’s grab a cup of warm steaming coffee
And watch mother frost roam the land freely
Let’s watch the land fill up with snow
Let’s see together the nature’s show
It’s been some time since the two of us
Sat down and simply goss-uped
Let us recall the good old times
Of me and you and you and I
Remember the snowmen we made
The one that melted on the first summer day?
Remember the tree that we decorated
The one you went to cut while I waited
The snows piling up outside our house
Snowmen in every house
There’s a tree that needs decorating
The tree that’s very tired of waiting
Remember the cups of coffee we drank together
Happiness. Cheer. And merry laughter.
And please just one last thing
Ask the God you so deeply believed in
To let you descend from heaven
(Because im sure thats where you are
And for me that's way to far)
For just today…and then you can go away
So please your coffee is getting cold
You need to come back home
