There’s a monster and it’ll come out
It’ll hunt you and take over before you can shout
It’s a whisperer and it’s completely evil
It’s turning you into a devil, my angel!
Beware of the monster…
It pretends to be your best friend
But it will bring you to a sticky and lonely end
It will smile its sweet smile
With a twinkle in its eyes and ideas that are wild
It’ll give you serene and simple ways
Promises that you will see better days
It’s so simple to trust it you see
How can something I claim to be so bad-have so much beauty?
I know right now you find this incredibly hard to believe
But seek the truth and you’ll be relieved
The truth is there’s monster inside your body
The truth is there’s something inside your heart
That whispers and you love it so much this poem is tearing you apart
My words are too bitter and right now you don’t realize
You’re transforming before your very eyes
There’s a monster inside your being
Its prowling and scrutinizing

Beware people and listen to me.

Now look your humanity is disappearing
Look in the mirror and you’re changing
His carefully laid traps are working
You reached the brink and now you’re falling
Its caused pain that will never heal
Everything is gone and you can't believe this is real
You're alone and stranded and plain miserable you feel

You think you have a disease
But you know the truth-so pul-ease
