~Ashton~

Panic attacks were something that came frequently. Ashton knew this the moment you started talking. Every time you had an attack, he would sit quietly with you on the floor, keeping hold of your hand tightly, making sure you knew he was never leaving.

~Luke~

He knows what panic attacks are, but he had no idea you had them. You were stressing about a school project when you had an attack. Luke started to worry when he heard the short puffs of air come from your mouth. "Y/N?! Are you okay?!" He asked, running over to you, grabbing your shoulders when you started to shake. You pointed a shaky finger to the desk, trying to push it out of the way. "Babe, I'll do your project. You just lay down on the bed and try to relax." Luke instructed, kissing your forehead. You nodded weakly, crawling onto the bed and watched Luke finish your project.

~Calum~

Whenever you had a panic attack, you were normally alone. That is until you and Calum started dating. He stayed at your house when your parents had a fight. Again. Tears streamed down your face as you heard things being shouted and a door slamming. Breaths coming in short pants, you cuddled up to a sleeping Calum, who stirred in his sleep as you tried to calm your self down. "Y/N, stop snoring." He whined, lazily draping an arm around your waist. "S-sorry, C-Cal." You choked out, trying to even your breathing. "Y/N? Are you okay?" Calum asked, turning on a light to reveal your puffy eyes and shaking figure. Silently, you shook your head, "M-My pare-parents-" you stuttered m, sobs racking through your body. Calum wrapped his arms around you now, tightly squeezing you. "It's going to be okay, Y/N. Look at me." He instructed, making eye contact with you. Instantly, your breathing evened out, and the tears stopped. People said that for panic attacks you need to find your happiness and calm in the world and you were Sure Calum was your happiness.

~Michael~

He was your best friend. He knew you inside and out. All your strengths, weaknesses and faults. He also knew about your panic disorder. It didn't take much to set it off. Whether it be a flashing light, a car horn, or even when your in the car and someone slams on the brakes. "Y/N, you need to calm down. Look at me. Breathe. Everything is alright, you're fine, in fine. Everything's okay, I'm not going anywhere." Michael would whisper, stroking your hair as you shook with pants and sobs. He would make you look at him, and he would pull a funny face to try to take your mind off what made you upset. Giggling, your panic attacks were cut short, and you leaned on Michael's chest tiredly, wiping the tears off your cheeks.
