Chapter 4

Kirstie's POV
Why on earth did i think it was a good idea to grab onto Avi like that? I have a boyfriend! I felt so bad afterwards I didn't say anything until we watched the next movie witch was, of coarse, Frozen. My phone rang in the middle of the movie and I picked it up. It was Matt.
"Hey, Kirstin. I need to talk to you."
"OK"
"I think we should break up"
"What? Why?"
"I've met someone else."
A girl in the background screamed:" Party!!!"
"Oh. Okay. *sniff*" I started to cry.
I hung up and ran to my room. I slammed my face into my pillow and Mitch came in. Mitch was my best friend
"Hey. Are you alright? What happened out there?" He said, concerned
" I'm fine"
"Kirst, I know for a fact that you aren't fine"
"Its just...Matt broke up with me. "
"Why?" He said, angrily
"He said he met someone else. And that I should too."
" if he thinks that, then he doesn't deserve you."
"Okay. Thanks, Mitchie."
We walked back out and I sat back down next to Avi.
"Hey, Kirst. Are you okay?" Avi said
"Yeah. Matt just broke would with me. Its not a big deal though. Mitch calmed me down."
"Okay. If you need anything just tell me."
It was about 11:00 once we got done with the second movie, and I was exhausted. I started to fall asleep.
