This was the obstacle my brother and my fiancé enjoyed the most. You get into a trench of water, and pulled yourself along a metal fence hanging just over the water. You can breathe if you keep your face next to the fence and it looks intimidating but was REALLY relaxing.
Calming even. It was super easy. Unless you're one of those people who sink in water. I'm not. I float like a week old corpse. The cool water, the easy effort to cross it, the complete lack of strain. It was really nice this close to the end of the course.
Anyone afraid of this should stop worrying now. It was super easy. And sooo nice on the sunburn.
