I don't self harm so I don't know if these will work (I hope they do) but I did some research and found some other things you could do instead of self harm:

-Do a workout
-Do some art
-Talk to your friend
-Listen to music
-Redecorate your room
-Have a movie marathon
-Squeeze a stress ball
-Look through happy photos
-Think about a happy time in your life
-Pop some balloons
-Look at stuff on eBay
