"Look, Haruhi, I don't think that's such a good idea," Kyon mumbled.
"Shut up! I know what I'm doing!" she whispered loudly as she climbed over the fence. "But if you don't shut up then we're bound to get caught." (As she said this she landed perfectly on the other side.) "Or maybe the aliens'll find us and they'll abduct us!"
Kyon rolled his eyes and slapped his forehead. 'Why did I even come along?' he groaned in his mind.
"If you're not gonna be any help, then just leave," she growled, staring at him through the chain link fence.
"Haruhi, I just don't think that it's a good idea to sneak on the school grounds at night, even if there's a chance that there are aliens there." he sighed.
"Whatever," she mumbled and started walking away from him. "But when I do find them, you're not gonna be able to see them."
"Idiot," she said under her breath. "I'm not the same kid from your memory. I know what I'm doing."
