I'm not leaving because I hate you,
I'm leaving because I love you.
I'm leaving because I break things,
I'm leaving to learn to be more careful.
I'm leaving because I don't want to hurt you,
I'm leaving so you won't have to cry.
I'm leaving because I can't stand to see you in pain,
I'm I'm leaving so you can stay.
I'm leaving so you don't have to sacrifice,
I'm leaving so I can have some space.
I'm not leaving so I can say goodbye,
I'm leaving so I can say hello again.
I'm leaving to learn how to be strong,
I'm leaving so I don't have to be weak.
I'm leaving so I can learn to love better,
I'm leaving so I'll appreciate what I have more.
I'm leaving so I can learn how to fix,
I'm leaving to learn how to not just destroy.
I'm leaving so you don't have to be strong for me,
And I'm leaving so you can see you aren't weak.
And so I'm leaving you, my love,
I'm leaving so I can love you more greatly,
I'm leaving so you know I can't live without you,
I'm leaving so you know you can't live without me,
And I'm leaving so you know we can't live without each other.
