Chapter 1

KATH's POV

"Aria, any plans for vacation?" I asked my bestfriend.

"I will spent it infront of twitter! Fangirling!" she giggled.

I laughed. "Look." I showed her my laptop. "I researched about our hometown. I want to go to the Philippines."

"Me too! Lets ask our parents kaya?" Aria snapped.

"I dont think papayagan ako ni Mom."  

I'm Kathryn Bernardo by the way. I live in Los Angeles, California with my Mom. I live here ever since I was months old. Mom is a single parent.

I sometimes wonder where my Dad is.

"Lets try to ask them first!" Aria smiled.

"Girls!" napatingin kami ni Aria sa isat isa. 

Si Mom yon atsaka si Tita! Bumaba agad kami ng kwarto ko. Bumeso kami sakanila.

"Mom we have to ask you something." sabi ko.

"May sasabihin din kami!" sabi ni Mommy.

"You girls are going to Philippines / We want to go to Philippines!" sabay naming apat sinabi. Nagulat naman kami doon.

"Really!?" we asked in shock.

"2 months." Mom smiled.

Aria and I shrieked in excitement. "OMG OMG!"

"Aria we should go home. You need to fix your things pa for tomorrow." Tita.

"Tomorrow???" tanong namin ni Aria.

"Yes tomorrow. We decided to bring you girls there. We have business meeting for 2 months in New York and walang magbabantay sainyo so better off magvacation muna kayo." Mom explained.

"Yay! Bye Kath see you tomorrow!" we hugged each other and waved goodbye.

"Mom pack up na ko!" I hugged her tapos pumanik na ko sa kwarto ko at nag ayos.

Habang nag aayos ako pansin ko may nanonood saakin. Tinignan ko yun.

"Mom! Thanks talaga!" I hugged her again.

"Wag ka na kaya tumuloy?" sabi nya. Nagfrown naman ako doon. Hinawakan ni Mom chin ko.  "Nag aalala lang naman ako eh. Mag iingat ka dun ha?"

"I promise!" I smiled.

...and promise I will try to find Dad.

ARIA's POV

Kath and I pulled our luggages on our back and walk here at the airport. Hours later our flight was called.

"Behave okay? Bye!" nagwave na kami kila Mom.

"No words can tell how excited I am!" sabi ko. We both laughed.

After few hours on a plane nakarating na din kami sa Philippines.

Were currently at the airport and its pretty weird that everyone here is staring at us. Do we have dirts on our faces?

"I wonder why they were staring?" Kath asked.

"I dont know. Just dont mind them. People should mind their own businesses anyways." I shrugged.

Sumakay na kami sa taxi all the way to our hotel room.

"This is it." I giggled and opened the door.

"Pinch me are we really here?" Kath whispered.

I pinched her playfully. "Yes dear."

We laughed.

"Tara na Aria pahinga muna tayo." Kath lay down the bed.

"I'll return this key first." paalam ko. She nodded.

Bumaba ako sa ground floor and I returned our key. We have our spare keys with us na naman.

I decided to go to the CR first before going back to the room.

I peed then after I washed my hands and fix myself in the mirror.

"Oo na!" someone entered the comfort room. I looked at her. She's fixing her hair in the mirror. "Yes Im sure. Dont tell them." nahalata nya ata na nakatingin ako sakanya. Tumingin sya saakin kaya umiwas ako ng tingin. "Got to go Juls!" she rolled her eyes and leaved.

Taray! WAIT A MINUTE! That girl...

...she looks like Kathryn! Am I jetlag?
