"Are you taking me... to my house?" I asked, puzzled.

Was it normal for someone to take you to your own house?

"Haha! Just because we're walking down your road, doesn't mean we're gonna go there!"

"Well... where are we going?"

"Like I said, it's a surprise." Theo grinned.

I hated the way Theo was so mysterious and secretive yet it still had the power to draw me to him even more. Theo stopped at my house and crossed the road to the house opposite.

My heart started pounding right through my chest. Just for a split second I though he was going to introduce me to a friend or something. But as soon as he took a copper key out, I gave a sigh of relief... until reality hit me.

"Kasey, welcome to my house." Theo turned and smiled at me. The sun made his skin glow, his eyes glitter and his hair shine with glorious radiance. Everything was so right, so perfect, so intriguing.

"Oh my God! No way! So you're the family who moved in a couple of days ago?! I didn't even realise... that's... that's oh my gosh that's like.. amazing!" I stuttered.

"I'm glad you like the idea of me living opposite you. Now we're gonna go inside and you're gonna meet my family. You ready?"

"Mmhmm, I hope so." I nervously mumbled.

He let out a little laugh, turned the key and opened the door. He must have informed his family of my arrival before hand because as soon as I stepped through the door, a man, a woman and what looked like a pair of twins rushed to me, beaming.

"Ah! You must be Kasey!" exclaimed the woman.

"Yeah... I'm guessing you're Theo's mum?"

"Absolutely!"

"And I'm his father!" exclaimed the man who was also beaming at me,

"I'm glad to meet you Mr and Mrs Morela."

"Oh honey you can call him Aleksander and you can call me Demetria."

"Oh, okay. Are you Greek?"

"Wow! Isn't she intelligent! You must have known from our names.. incredible.. yes, yes we are. One hundred percent Greek! WHOPPA!"

I laughed at Demetria. She was hilariously hyper and so was Aleksander. Theo was so lucky to have loving parents. Mine literally abandon me.

"Right.. now Kasey, I'd like you to meet my brother and sister." Theo said.

"Am I wrong in thinking that you two are both twins?" I asked.

"Haha! Not at all! Unfortuantely this idiot is one minute and twenty eight seconds older." said the girl who seemed to be very friendly.

I didn't think she would be so friendly because as soon as I saw the twins, I instantly thought that they'd be the typical siblings who hated the new girl that their older brother would hang out with. It's always in the movies. But I guess that changed because as far as I was concerned, they seemed to actually like me.

"Hey! I am so not an idiot! You are!" the twin boy said, nudging the girl in the process. The twins looked practically the same that it gave me chills down my spine.

"OMG! Dude! We have a guest. Calm the heck down! Sorry Kasey, my name's Melissa," Melissa said, ripping a piece of scrap paper and scribbling something down with a pencil.

"Here's my number. Text me tonight so we can get to know each other properly." she said, handing the paper to me.

"Sure." I said, accepting the paper, and stuffing it in my jeans' pocket.
