Before I knew it, and before I wanted it to end, we were on our way back home. I bought a wedding planner on our last day, and did up a storm on the way home. Levi just laughed as I scribbled away, making notes here and there, jotting down ideas.

When I got home, my mother rushed me and embrace me. I was exhausted from the trip. Molly grabbed my hand and gasped.

"Honey, we need to talk," Mom said.

"About what?"

"You know what," Dad said curtly.

"Please, can we not discuss this now?"

"No, we're discussing it now."

I glared at my father, and sat down on the couch. The looked down at me.

"We think it's time for you to go live with your grandmother for awhile," Dad said to me.

"WHAT?!"

"Yes. I think you and Levi need some time apart. You'll finish out the year there."

"Back in Maine? But I just got settled! I've made friends!"

"You have Charlotte."

"And just Charlotte! I've got a ton of great friends here! And a fiance!"

"It's already been decided, Sophia."

"No," I shook my head, not believing it. "No!"

"Sophie...." Mom pleaded.

"No!" I shrieked. "I'm eighteen, you can't do this!"

"We're you're parents, we can do what we want while you live with us!" Dad cried.

I thought for a minute. I stormed from the room, and into mine. I grabbed the other spare suitcase, and few bags, I owned. I stuffed as many things I could inside: clothing, pictures, makeup, toiletries, things of the like. I bundled everything in my arms and headed for the door.

"Where are you going?" Mom sobbed, her voice breaking.

"I'm moving out. I'll come back for the rest of my stuff later."

"Where will you go?" Dad snapped.

"Somewhere where the people love me," I quipped. With that, I slammed the door behind me, and ran outside into the snow. I called Levi in tears. I couldn't manage to tell him what was wrong, but he came to get me anyway.

"What's wrong?" He demanded, taking all my bags from me and putting them in his trunk.

"My parents!" I cried, finally beginning to sob. "They.....want to......send me away!"

"Why?"

"They think we're too serious!" I sobbed. Levi wrapped his arms around me, and kissed my head. We stood in the snow, me sobbing and Levi stroking my back. When I calmed down enough, I got into the car. My eyes were red and swollen, my face puffy. I laughed at my reflection.

"What am I going to do? I just moved out without a game plan!" I cried.

"Where do you think you'll go?" Levi asked sarcastically.

"I wasn't thinking I'd just crash with you," I said honestly.

"Well, that's where you'll be," Levi said. "We belong together."

"Not according to my parents," I laughed sadly.

"Screw 'em," Levi said in a challenging way, "That's right, I said screw 'em. You know what? We're meant to be together. I wouldn't let God himself take you from me, let alone your parents. Who are they to say we can't be together? I mean, I know it's rare in our day and age, but so what? If we're in love, what should it matter?"
