"You sure you're okay to go to school?", Sherika asked.

"I'm fine Rika. I was fine without him before."

"I know."

"It'll get better.", Candi said and I smiled. 

"Thanks."

I was hoping last night was a dream, but it wasn't.

"You know you can stay home right?", Sherika asked.

"I'm fine guys. I always knew he wasn't going to be shit.", I said and they laughed.

"Let's go. Candi did you feed King?"

"Yep."

"Thanks.", I said and she nodded. 

We walked outside and I locked the door then, started walking.

"Drake's coming.", Sherika said and I rolled my eyes.

I stopped and turned around and saw Drake running to us.

"If it's about asswipe, I don't want to hear it.", I said and turned around

"I'm mad at him too. Coach put him on the bench until he gets back with you."

"He might as well kiss that football dream goodbye. He put his future over me."

We continued walking then, I saw Sam and Trey running to us.

"Goodness gracious."

"Will you go out with me?", Trey asked and everyone laughed.

Everyone started laughing even Trey, which meant he was joking.

"In your dreams."

"That's why I asked you."

"Aw. You dream about me. That's cute.", I said and kept walking.

I pushed him so, he could keep walking.

"Safaree isn't so happy.", Sam said.

"I'm not either. Please tell me he's not coming to school."

"Guess we won't tell you.", Drake said and I groaned.

"Whyy.", I whined.

Sherika laughed at me and I rolled my eyes.

"We have a project don't we?"

"Oh yeah. We went by the school earlier.", Trey said.

I stopped dead in my tracks hoping they weren't about to say what I think they were going to say.

"What did you guys do?", I asked.

"We may have convinced the science teacher to pair you up with Safaree.", Sam said.

"You motherfucker."

I walked past them and they kept walking with me.

"Come on. You can't stay mad at him forever."

"Watch me. You guys don't understand. What he said really hurt."

"I heard the whole thing. Onika. Hunny. You guys will make up especially if he took your virginity.", Sherika said.

"Everything doesn't have to deal with that."

"Actually it does.", everybody said.

"I thought you were still a virgin Drake.", I said.
