So lets jump right into it. Drawing skirts are super easy but you can easily mess up the shape and end up with a lump of fabric.
--Skirts------------------------------------
Classic Short Skirt: You can make extremely cute outfits with a perfect short skirt. (But not too short if you know what I mean) Start of by drawing at the hips or if it is a high waisted skirt, them higher. Draw either them curving at the ends or just lying straight down.
Ruffled skirt: These skirts are more for younger girls, but can be incorporated into any outfit. Really cute and flouncy. Just draw a short skirt on top of another and make ruffles and details.
Tight Skirt: These are definitely more formal and curvy. Dark colors work best. Just draw the legs how you want and draw along the shape of the directly and finish with a solid line for the bottom.
Bubble Skirt: Bubble skirts are more for cartoony girls. Draw a fitted top with a belt and then draw a a big muffin shaped skirt. Pinks and blues look really cute with this.
I feel like I'm forgetting one...but I can't put my finger on it. XD
