32. Love?

Loren POV

"Did you see this magazine!?" Allyson barges into my room

I was getting ready for my 'date' as Allyson calls it with Eddie , we were just gonna go out somewhere, he wouldn't tell me.

"Yeah , my Twitter has been blowing up too" I say putting my eyeliner away

"Why aren't you guys a couple yet?" She sits on my bed

"Because I just got out of a relationship Allyson and I'm not exactly ready yet" I say putting on some lipstick

"You still love him , don't you?"

"Yeah I honestly do but Eddie has been really nice and I don't know.." I sigh and push my hair aside

"Loren don't be scared to love again, I know it hurts but don't push him away"

"I won't do that to him , I swear he's so nice Allyson"

"I know , that day when we went out and DJ and him met he was so cool.. Um how do you think Blake is doing?"

"I have no idea.." I say and stand up "I'll be right back okay? Eddie isn't coming until 7 , if he comes earlier than that just let him in!" I say grabbing my car keys and making my way out

Here I was , sitting in my car in front of his house , debating on leaving or going in.

I decided to check up on him.

Knock Knock

I stood there and heard Chaney bark

"Chaney buddy" I yell , he barked even louder

"Chaney please sto-" Blake opens the door

"Hi" I smile at him

"Loren.." He hugs me tightly

"Blake let go" I say bluntly , he lets go and tries to smile but fails "I miss you Loren" His eyes start to water

"Blake don't do this" I say getting annoyed

"I.. Loren who..who's the new guy?"

"Blake he's my friend okay, plus that's none of your damn business , I just wanted to check up on you"

"Come in , please. Someone wants to see you"

"Blake I gotta-"

"Please" He puts his hand under my chin and we stare into each other's eyes

God , how I missed him.

"Okay Blake" I push his hand away and make my way inside

"LOWEN! You here! I miss you" Fords runs to me and Chaney follows

I pick him up and hug him "I miss you too Ford and you too Chaney!" I feel my eyes watering

"Lowen , daddy no good with you not here" He frowns and I put him down

"Daddy and I.." I couldn't think of what to say, I didn't want to hurt Fords feelings

"We're taking time off" Blake finishes my sentence

"Why? Lowen you no love daddy no more?" He cries

"No no , Ford don't cry.Look I'll come visit you whenever you come over okay and no I do love daddy , he just did something I can forgive him for" I hug him

"Daddy you need her back, say sowy" Ford looks at his dad and I chuckle

"I did buddy but I did something that isn't going to get her back with just sorry" Blake bends down and grabs Ford

"Sweetie don't cry please" I wipe Fords tears

"My mommy said I could call you mommy too" He looks at me and I was surprised

Blake chuckles and I take Ford from Blake and sit on the couch

"How about this? I hang out with you today and we spend the day together" I smile and Ford and he gets off my lap and starts jumping around

"Yes yes yes , me and Lowen" he yells

I laugh and look at Blake , He was smiling at his son. Blake looked like a mess when I got here , he had bags under his eyes and he didn't look happy , he looked so sad.

"Hey , you can come too" I say to Blake

"I'd love too" He looks at me and smiles

That smile is a killer

Then I realize something , I had a date tonight.

"Guys I'll be right back" I stand up

"Where you going?" Blake asks

"Don't worry about it , I'll be back in a couple of minutes" I make my way over to the door and leave , I walk a couple of houses down and find Eddie's house

I walk over and knock

"Hi beautiful, I thought I was gonna pick you up?"

"Hi Eddie and I need to talk to you about that, I came over to Blake's house and his son missed me so I told him I'd spend the day with him.."

"Oh , he has a son? I'm guessing you guys got along well"

"Yeah we did. I'm sorry ,we can go out-"

"Loren don't apologize it's okay , you and his son go ahead and enjoy yourselfs, I'll call you tomorrow, would you like to go out for some breakfast?"

"Yes , I don't have any plans tomorrow morning so yes I'd love too, thank you so much" I hug him

"No problem, now go make that child happy" he smiles and I kiss his cheek

"Bye Eddie" I wave and walk back to Blake's house

Blake was standing outside and looked angry

"So he lives right there? When did you meet him?" He asks as I got there

"Blake why are you mad? We're not together!"

"You can't do that while I'm here.. Hurting" He looks at me with sad eyes

"Hurting? Blake get your shit together, you did this yourself, if you.. You know what's funny?"

"I met him the day you cheated" I say boldly

Blake stays quiet and looks at me

"Do you love him?"

I loved Blake but Eddie , Eddie's the reason why I haven't been so depressed, he kept me happy, I liked Eddie , a lot.

"I like him"

"Please don't , don't fall in love with him" He walks closer to me and places his hand underneath my chin making me look up at him

"I can't fall in love with him when I'm still in love with someone who hurt me" I move his hand away and walk into the house..
