Chapter 30- Gone

Nina's POV:

When Fabian and I finished our conversation we head downstairs and acted like nothing happened. Of course they asked why I needed to talk to him, I replied by saying I needed to know where he left the blankets. They said they were going to stay in a hotel. Thank god! I won't let William hurt Fabian or my baby girl. Peddie and Amfie of course don't know what's going on because they left to the park a couple minutes ago but texting me and saying so. We had a small conversation until I made dinner. I'm making Chicken Alfredo (SO GOOD!) when I feel a tap on my shoulder. I cautiously turn around and see Fabian's mom, I don't really even know her name, I've been calling her ma'am, "Nina,dear." She says. Her voice is like an angel talking. Soft and comforting, especially with her accent. "Yes ma'am?" I ask. "Please, call me Rebecca." She says with a smile. "Ok Rebecca." I say trying out her name. "More like it! Anyways, I love how you treat Fabian, your eyes when you look at him is the way I wished I could look at someone, with pure love. Listen I know that Fabian told you about his father." She says. I nod. "Well you might also ask yourself why am I with such a horrible man." She says. I think. That never came to mind. "I have actually." I say. "Well i'm with him because he threatened me if I left him he'd hurt Fabian, much more worse then he has. I love Fabian with all my heart so I won't let him land a finger on him." She says with tears coming down her eyes. I pull her in for a hig. "I know how you feel, trust me, if he hurt Fabian we wouldn't live to see another day." I say, That makes her smile. "Where's Fabian?" I ask. "He went outside because someone was calling him." She says. I pull away and she leaves and I continue to cook

We had dinner and the gang arrived. We ate in silence because they also know what Fabian's dad did. Now we're getting ready for bed. His parents left around. I put on one of Fabian's shirts and put a black thong underneath. His shirts go down mid-thigh for me. I go under the covers and check twitter, instagram, facebook, and snapchat. I also look at some youtube videos if I feel like it from my macbook pro. I'm in the middle of Michelle Phan's video glowing skin look when I hear Fabian come in with sweats and no shirt. I smirk and he chuckles. I put away my macbook pro and go under the covers. Fabian comes in and I snuggle into him and he does the same. This is the best i've ever slept.

I jolt awake from a nightmare. I lay back down thinking Fabian will be there, but all I feel is cold air. I look around alarmed. I turn on the lights and see blood. on his pillow and the ground. I jump out of bed. "Fabian?!" I say, think that he'll come in and say he got a papercut and went to get a band aid (Yea you're probably think how did he get a paper cut in bed? Well this is a fanfic!) but instead I get nothing. I slowly go in the kitchen and don't see anyone. I look EVERYWHERE! Even the rooms and everything! As I lay down on the bed I feel something underneath me. I reach behind me to get it and see a letter. I open it and it reads:

Nina,

You'd probably wonder why Fabian isn't with you, well, I can answer that. I have some unfinished business with him. Don't worry though! He's in good hands...... For now!
