Even though I have a decent day
I cant be truly happy
Truly in the moment
There is always this constant doubt
This worry
And fear
Of what is to come after this
'Cause even if I'm having a good time now
It won't last
Everything will come back
And it slowly starts to overwhelm me
And ruin everything
So what do I truly need?
What should I want and truly crave besides the blade?
Maybe it is real and lasting happiness?
Will that cure everything?
But until then,
I'll answer the call of the blade
And hopefully, someone, someday will show me what true happiness can feel like...permently
