Things had been hectic the last few weeks, Harry and Gigi had been on numerous dates but they'd been no coverage and it was only a matter of time before her whole world changed.

Gigi, Olivia and Chris were out shopping, she had decided to try and enjoy her anonymity before it came to an end.
There was nothing she loved more than exploring through the small boutiques and vintage clothes shops. She imagined that if she wasn't about to marry into one of the most famous families in the world  she might've had a career in fashion.
"So how's princess class?" Olivia asked
"Great, it's bringing back all my childhood trauma" she laughed
"We should watch princess diaries this week, face masks, mani-pedis? " Chris said "to help you practice of course" he suggested
"You'll both need to know some of this stuff anyway, for the wedding and well after I suppose, you still planning to be my hair and makeup team?" She asked Chris
"Really? You were serious?"
"Yes of course, we'd need to update your kit of course and it'll be lot of work, you might have to travel on tours with me. You'd be able to have other clients obviously but I would need to take precedent. I'll have a lot of engagements and you'll be compensated handsomely obviously"
"Please... this is career making, thank you"
"Your welcome"
"So how're things really going?"
"Huh?"
"With your fiancé?"
Gigi rolled her eyes, she hated that word, she hated the way she said a lot of words that she'd scoff at before.
"Fine, we're coping, trying to make the best of the situation. It's difficult but I think we'll become friends or at least great partners... I mean sometimes I think it would be better if it were real or that I wasn't aware it was all fake"

"I bet you don't ... god he's so sexy" Chris said
"You can have him" Gigi replied
"You won't be saying that soon, we've discussed it and you're totally going to end up falling in love" Olivia added
"Seriously you guys that's absolute-"
"True, it always happens with you breeders ... you spend so much time cooped up together you eventually start developing feelings for one or each other"  Chris interrupted
"I resent that you've just referred to me a as a breeder and that's so not true"
"It's so true, it's why shows like love island are so successful"
"This will be like the ultimate love island and we'll be watching in real time" Chris said
"You both are complete idiots" Gigi replied with a loud laugh, she could always count on these two to make her feel better about everything, even if they had ridiculous ideas.
"If that does happen though, it'll probably me... he is tall, handsome and very kind.. I'm just me"
"Gigi you're beautiful, generous and have a heart filled with kindness and love. He'd be lucky, to be honest he doesn't deserve you"

"You have to say that you're my closest friends"

"True but it's the truth" Liv said

The three best friends had a great day together, later that evening took lady on a long walk through the streets off London. They took a rest in Hyde Park and a drank some M&S cosmos in cans, before walking back home via Millennial Bridge. Gigi could see the concrete lantern and dome of St Paul's Cathedral in the distance. it was one of the possible locations being considered for her and Harry's wedding. She looks at the grand building in the distance and felt a sudden urge to run but the hands of Olivia and Chris on her shouldered grounded her. She knew that no matter what happened she'd always have her two best friends for support. She wouldn't be alone.

It's was Thursday when Gigi and Harry next saw each other, they were sat outside a little cafe having lunch as one of their schedule dates. They were lucky it wasn't too busy, but there were a few people sat on tables close by but fortunately they'd not been discovered yet.

"Did you have a nice weekend?" He asked
"Oh yeah, I spent it with Chris and Olivia, we discovered a new vintage clothing store in Camden and spent Sunday watching movies" Harry thought her smile radiated happiness when she spoke of her friends
"How are they taking it?"
"Well consider there picks for movies were the Princess Diaries 1&2, The Prince and Me and ended with The King Speech I'd guess they think it's a bit of a joke" she laughed
"They might take it a bit more seriously after they meet me?"
"Them serious? That'd be a first. I doubt they know the meaning" she smiled
"So they're typical twenty year olds then, obsessed with parties and sex"
"Like me?" She raised a delicate eyebrow
"Yep" he smirked "I can smell the lust on you"
"You need your sense of smell checking evidently" she laughed but she blushed demurely. She clocked a table next to them looking at them, phones out discreetly trying to take a picture off them. She quickly turned away to look back at Harry who'd also notice
"I keep forgetting how normal this is for you" she said in a hushed voice
"I don't think you ever get used to it but it gets easier, you'll also be protected. There's talk about moving you to Buckingham Palace or Clarence House before the announcement to keep you safe."  He said as he squeezed her hand gently which seemed to calm her
