Pebble is the popular one in town
He has all of the best technology, and all the new fancy shit
His grades rival Skipp's
He is kinda like a school drug dealer except for he sells candy instead of drugs
He tries to defend Skipp from Ditch, but he always shows up too late to where Ditch is already done with Skipp by the time he shows up.
He does escort Skipp home tho so that the rest of the gang doesn't kill him.
