I have always loved peaceful characters. The overpowered ones, ones that are aware of their capabilities and strengths. They don’t speak too much, they do not argue, they have the information, and everything a protagonist uses to be the main character. But why is it that they are never the main characters? Is it because they don’t scream? Is it because they don’t make mistakes? Is it because they are aware of all the consequences? Or is it because they don’t seem real?
For me they have a specific charm about them. When I see someone like that, I fall in love, doesn’t matter who and what they are.
These characters always make me wonder about their pasts. Gazing upon their serene demeanor, I find myself contemplating the untold struggles and circumstances that have molded them into this peaceful and sagacious spirit. How, behind their calm facade, there resides a resilient soul that has confronted myriad battles. Even after going through all these storms of life, how strong must their spirit have been to keep their sanity, wisdom and kindness?
