This has a lot of talking and I mean A LOT of talking, so that's great. Also it's kinda heart-warming after all of the trauma I gave to these guys.

*Alex’s POV*

“Finally… I’m free from those chains… but I need to get out of here quickly before he comes back… I should go to the station first… hopefully I remember where it is…”

A few minutes of walking go by, and I have yet to find the station. Seems like being there for so long has made me forget the layout of the city, which in turn, made me start to wonder how long I was there. But enough excuses, I just need to get to the station and hopefully there’s at least some-

“HEY!”

Who the hell was that…?

“HEY! ALEX! IT’S ME, TYLER!!”

“… Tyler?”

“Oh my god… where have you been? Are you okay? Do I need to call anybody for you? Did you get any serious injuries?”

“Calm down… you’re asking so many questions…”

“Right… sorry… but I was just so worried about you, I couldn’t get you out of my head for the past 4 days…”

“4 days…? That was how long I have been gone?”

“Yes! I just couldn’t stop thinking about you- I mean… Are you alright? Are you hurt or anything?”

“Tyler… enough with the questions… I’m already having to deal with my own…”

“Oh… right… sorry…”

I held my head in exhaustion, I was getting a headache listening to Tyler ask me so many questions, not that it was a bad thing, it’s just I was tired from trying to shake myself out of those chains for such a long time.

“Your fine… right…?”

“I’m fine, okay? Just… having a hard time trying to adjust back to this city after all of… you know...”

“I know, but where were you…?”

“I was in some sort of… giant black cube or something… I don’t know how I got there… not that I would remember that is…”

“Giant black cube? But if it was giant, wouldn’t everyone be able to see it? Because I did not see a giant black cube anywhere!”

“Maybe the reason why you couldn’t see it was because it was that demon’s powers or whatnot…”

“Uh-huh… you must’ve really been effected a lot while in there… haven’t you…?”

“That’s right… I feel lightheaded and extremely tired and all of that…”

“Okay… Do you need me to take you back to your home…?”

“Oh… Yeah… that would be great…”

“Alright… my car is not so far away; we can walk there, and I’ll take you home…”

“Thank you, Tyler…”

“… You're welcome…”

… that was the first time I’ve felt genuinely happy ever since this whole fiasco… to think that I have someone who I’ve been friends with since I was young to still be here… with me… and care for me… even after everything that has happened between us during this… the thought of it is surreal… yet so pleasant… I would’ve shed a tear… but I figured now it’s not the time… maybe when I get back would be better…
