SOLITUDE BY THE SHORE

Under the moonlight, on the empty shore,
a little drunk Iwalk barefoot, with waves crashing, a gentle roar.
The breeze whispers secrets, teasing my hair,
Alone, yet at peace, in the salty air.

The sand beneath my feet, gentle and warm,
Soothes the fire inside, calms the storm.
Alone, but not lonely, in the quiet night,
I find solace in the starry light.

Though I long for a hand to hold,
Someone to adore,
To gaze into his eyes, lie on the sand,
Watch the stars above, hand in hand.
Talking through the night,
Maybe even share a gentle kiss,
Smile playing on my lips, dreaming of eternal bliss.

I call out for a voice, but no one's around,
Alone on the beach, not a trace of sound.
But in solitude, I feel strangely bold,
For in silence, I find peace to hold.

So I lay beneath the stars above,
Embracing the peace, feeling the love.
Alone, but not lonely, on the empty shore,
Finding strength in myself, forevermore.
