Lay on the bed, close your eye
No nothing stops you to fly
Lu lu lu lu butterfly
Put down your pain, paint the sky
Nothing stop you to go high
Devils nest on the earth
There's no place for angels
Wounded wings, your way to release
But only once, it hurts
Fly to the moonlight
Don't you look behind
You have to go through things
One day you called life
Soar towards your dreams
Let the clouds hold your tears
Skip the shooting stars
Approach God's hands to be healed
Lu lu lu lu lullaby
Feel the warmth and close your eye
No regrets, just say goodbye
to everything you've seen so far

Ikigai: Japanese, a reason for being; the thing that gets you up in the morning
I wrote this for my friend who asked me for a lullaby. Maybe she will get rid of her nightmares and insomnia.
