~ Stefano's POV ~
Today's the days
Her birthday.
It's 2am right now and all I can think about is her.
I get out of my bed and head to her room.
I find myself standing in front of her door.
I push the handle down and it opens.
It's always locked.
There she is,laying peaceful on her bed.
I shut the door behind me and walked over to her.
I sit on the side of the bed and grab her hand.
I bring it up to my lips and kiss it.
"Happy Birthday beautiful" I whisper.
Yesterday, myself and the girls went shopping. They picked a theme for their birthday, picked out their birthday dresses and shoes, bought a cake,decorations and some other stuff. After a long day,they asked for ice cream and ice cream they got.
We got home and they said they were tired,which was understandable. I told the chef to whip up something for them to eat and after that they went to bed. We left the house around 12pm and now it 6pm. After they went to bed, Elena,Antonio, Enzo,Rocco,Daniel,Carlos and Adrien helped in decorating the house. While they bickered about where the cake should go,my mind wondered of to Bella.
My mum and grand mother are with her now. But I couldn't help but feel sad that she wouldn't be here.
And that's when an idea struck me. I can move her here and have Doctor Hart stay here till she wakes up.
Yeah,that's it.
And I did it.
I moved her to her room and told Doctor Hart that I would pay her double,she denied but after much convincing, she agreed.

Okay,I think I get the point.
So here she is, laying on her bed.
I sigh.
I kiss her on her forehead and walk towards the door.
"You've gotta wake up soon my love" I say barely above a whisper.

I walk into the twins room and they immediately throw themselves on me
"Uncle Stefan" they shout in unison.
"Well good morning to you too" I say chuckling.
"Good morning" Arabella says
"Buenos Dias" Auriana says
"Sleep well?" I ask
"Of course we slept well" Arabella says in a duh tone
"Today's out birthday" Auriana says
"Did you know this is the first time we get a party" Arabella says
"Yeah,father always said we weren't good enough for a party" Auriana says
"Well your father is a dick" I say
"What's a dick?" Arabella ask

"Umm,a really bad person" I say
"Mind if I steal them away for a little while?" Elena ask walking up to me with my mum by her side.
"They need to get ready" my mum says and I nod.
