In ancient times, a sacred book was penned
A tale of love, of sacrifice, of grace
A beacon in a world that seemed to end
A guide for those who sought a higher place
From Genesis to Revelation's end
The words of prophets and of saints abide
In pages bound, the message did transcend
Through fire and flood, the truth could not be denied
The stories of old kings and warriors bold
Of miracles and wonders, wars and peace
Of times when faith and destiny were told
Of trials, triumphs, and redemption's release
The Bible, a beacon in a world of dark
A shining light for all who dare to seek
A roadmap for those who have lost their spark
A promise of salvation to the meek
So let us heed its words both strong and true
And walk in faith with hearts and minds renewed
For in the Bible's pages, we find the clue
To a life of purpose, love, and gratitude.
